The owner uses a separate local client to review the text and grant a specific recipient permission to make that exact change.

The connected agent previews or executes the approved change. The owner reads the stored result and its receipt.
What this release covers
A versioned text document.
The service stores documents created through its owner workflow. It supports preview, exact replacement, and receipt retrieval through an authenticated client.
It does not edit arbitrary files on your computer or grant access to external accounts. The connected ChatGPT tools do not create owner approvals.

Access is still being prepared.
Public sign-up and the public ChatGPT listing are not available yet. The owner guide describes the workflow and what you will need.
The planned service runs from the operator's PC. Its availability will depend on that machine, its internet connection, and the connected providers.
